COUNSELING SERVICES
There would be a meeting to discuss the evaluation/assessment with the family members and if appropriate, the older adult. The meeting would also include discussing options for care for the older adult for their present and future needs in regard to support services, placement as approriate, and community resources. Counseling services will also be available by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for issues such as depression, adjustment/ transition to a new place of residence and other changes in the older adult's life.
