WHO IS CALLEN CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES?
Rhonda Callen Platt, LCSW,ACSW, Founder and Administrator of Callen Case Management Services, has worked with older adults and their families in nursing homes, residential care facilities, retirement communities, hospital settings, and with home health care agencies. Rhonda Callen Platt has had over 27 years of experience in the field of social work and 17 years experience specializing in serving older adults and their families. Rhonda Callen Platt holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW). Ms Platt is also licensed by the State of Missouri (LCSW).
As an experienced social worker, Ms. Platt is able to provide professional expertise to the many families searching for solutions at a time when it can be very emotionally painful to have to make decisions for an older adult family member. Ms Platt combines her personal/professional skills, training and experience with a genuine sense of caring and concern for the health and well-being of the older adult.
